Give Thanks
~ and Glory to God, first and foremost, you exist because He thought of
you!
1Ch 29:13 Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise
thy glorious name.
1Th 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because,
when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received [it] not
[as] the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually
worketh also in you that believe.

Faith ~ is something
you've already shown when you gave yourself to Jesus, cultivate it for every
aspect of your life and spiritual walk.
Mar 11:22 And
Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
Act 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, [and] exhorting them
to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter
into the kingdom of God.
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith
to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Rom 10:17 So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word
of God.
Hbr 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by
the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which
do appear.

Pray ~ for continued
development & growth, ask for all things in Jesus' name.
Mat 21:22 And
all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Rom 12:12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant
in prayer; Rom 12:13 Distributing to the necessity of saints;
given to hospitality.
Phl 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication
with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Col 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
Jam 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord
shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven
him. Jam 5:16 Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray
one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of
a righteous man availeth much.

Bible ~ read
the word of God, it's your *soul food*.
Pro 30:5 Every
word of God [is] pure: he [is] a shield unto them that put their trust in
him.
Luk 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall
not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
Eph 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit,
which is the word of God:
Hbr 4:12 For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper
than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and
spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts
and intents of the heart.

Baptism ~ full
immersion/submersion in water (not sprinkled), symbolic of dying to the
old you and being reborn a babe/child of God.
Mar 16:16 He that
believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall
be damned.
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one
of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall
receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Rom 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus
Christ were baptized into his death? Rom 6:4 Therefore we are buried
with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the
dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of
life.
Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, Eph 4:6 One
God and Father of all, who [is] above all, and through all, and in you all.
1Cr 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether
[we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all
made to drink into one Spirit.
Gal 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have
put on Christ.
Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with
[him] through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from
the dead.

Tithing ~ set
aside 10% of your earnings and when something comes up you feel inspired
to donate to use it for that ... in the name of God, consider the tithe *God's
Money* and wait on Him to tell you what to do with it!
Mal 3:8
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed
thee? In tithes and offerings. Mal 3:9 Ye [are] cursed with
a curse: for ye have robbed me, [even] this whole nation. Mal 3:10
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine
house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not
open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that [there
shall] not [be room] enough [to receive it].
2Cr 9:6 But this [I say], He which soweth sparingly shall reap
also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
2Cr 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart,
[so let him give]; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful
giver. 2Cr 9:8 And God [is] able to make all grace abound
toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all [things], may
abound to every good work: 2Cr 9:9 (As it is written,
He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth
for ever.

Fellowship ~
with other Christians, go to church if you can find one you feel led to attend
or perhaps join online Christian Forums and chats, and/or attend local Bible
Studies!
Act 2:42 And they
continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking
of bread, and in prayers.
1Cr 1:9 God [is] faithful, by whom ye were called unto the
fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
2Cr 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers:
for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion
hath light with darkness?
Eph 3:9 And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship
of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God,
who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Eph 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works
of darkness, but rather reprove [them].

Teach ~ tell
others of what you know about God and His Son Jesus Christ, the next life
you influence may well be one you meet in heaven and they will thank you!
Mat 28:19 Go ye
therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Hbr 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers,
ye have need that one teach you again which [be] the first principles of
the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of
strong meat.
Col 1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the
dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of
God;
1Ti 1:12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled
me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;

Know Thine Enemy
~ keep a watchful eye out for that wolf in sheeps' clothing. Put on the
whole armor of God!
Mar 4:15 And these
are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard,
Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their
hearts.
1Cr 7:5 Defraud ye not one the other, except [it be] with
consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and
come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.
2Cr 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we
are not ignorant of his devices.
2Cr 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed
into an angel of light.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent,
called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast
out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Reality Check
~ check on yourself often, to see if you are indeed still on the right path
and in *the way* of Jesus Christ, as God is directing you.
Psa 25:8 Good
and upright [is] the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
Psa 25:12 What man [is] he that feareth the LORD? him shall
he teach in the way [that] he shall choose.
Psa 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way
which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide [is] the
gate, and broad [is] the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there
be which go in thereat: Mat 7:14 Because strait [is] the gate, and
narrow [is] the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find
it.
Jhn 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth,
and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
2Pe 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known
the way of righteousness, than, after they have known [it], to turn from
the holy commandment delivered unto them.
